Why are you charging us?
This is either a charge for the usage of our API to send and/or receive text messages or forward calls from a local VOIP number to your number. If you’re still unsure what this charge is for, you may want to ask around the house or office. If you don’t think this charge is authorized, contact us ASAP. Please include the date of the charge, amount, and last 4 digits of the credit card billed.
Can we get a refund?
PureText new account sign ups have a 30 day, full money back guarantee. Sending and receiving texts and forwarding of calls are non-refundable since the texts and calls have already been sent of received.
If you no longer need or want this service active, please Contact Us ASAP so we can process a refund. Please include the date of the charge, amount, and last 4 digits of the credit card billed.
Can we get a receipt of this charge?
Whenever a charge is processed, we automatically email a receipt to the email address we have on file for your account. Please check to see if you can find this email, and if not, Contact Us to request a copy of your receipt.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the “account settings” button after logging into your PureText account.
